1. General & Identification
These Terms govern lumivibest.com (the "Website") and services booked through it. Seller: lumivibest.com, PE, EDRPOU 43144628. We identify the seller per Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 755-IV 'On State Registration of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Associations' dated 15 May 2003.
2. Age Requirements
You must be 18+ to book. Minors require parental or guardian consent under Civil Code of Ukraine No. 435-IV dated 16 January 2003.
3. Booking, Payment & Pre-contract Info
Booking is subject to acceptance. We provide pre-contract information under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' dated 10 June 2023. Prices are clear before payment. Advertising is truthful under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel by contacting us. Terms, including fees, are at booking. Refunds follow agreed terms and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' dated 10 June 2023.
5. Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, except where law prohibits. Nothing limits your rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' dated 10 June 2023. Health claims do not promise outcomes per Fundamentals of Ukrainian Legislation on Health Care No. 2801-XII dated 19 November 1992.
6. Personal Data & Cookies
We process personal data per Law of Ukraine No. 3792-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 6 June 2024. Cookies need consent except strictly necessary, under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16 December 2020.
7. Disputes
